Used to be impressed with the reliability..my last order never showed up when I was told by UPS..but on the day it was to arrive UPS never even picked it up..I emailed outdoors limited and they said it went out..after a couple days of tracking UPS said they never got it,,I emailed Outdoors Limited again and then they said my order never went out..so they basically lied to me and blamed it on the holidays...eventually it showed up...I am disappointed that they lied about when my order was shipped
