Don’t waste your time or money. When I ordered ammo on the 2nd of January the expected delivery date was the 6th. I got an email with a tracking number saying “your order was shipped” with a new delivery date of January 7th. When I tried using the tracking number it said that the label was printed but the package never arrived at the facility. Needless to say, 10 days later I called to see why they haven’t shipped the package. The person explained that they print the labels ahead of time so they generic email still goes out with false information about the package being sent. Then he explained how they were behind with the holiday. Ironically enough I got another notification about the package shipping out right after my conversation with the company. Two days later the package arrives. I had ordered 500 rounds of 223 and 50 rounds of 9mm. What was in the box? 20 rounds of 7mm. At this point I am running out of patience. I call the company back and send several pics to prove they messed up. They ask me to package up their mistake and send it back. THEN once I send them back their mistake, they send me my ammo that I was expected to receive over three weeks ago. The company kept blaming it on the holiday and really didn’t seem to care at all that they have continuously messed up this order. If you want to support a company that doesn’t know how to send the correct items, lies about expected delivery dates, couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction and makes a lot of excuses, then this is the company for you.
