I did not receive the order. The rules regarding home delivery were changed and now deliveries must go through via FFL. OL sent me a notification of the new procedure, but it was a few days by the time I got around to calling around to see which shop would accept delivery of my order. After 14 days, OL canceled my order. I requested that the order be reinstated since I did finally find an establishment near me that would accept delivery of my order. I was then told that they couldn't do it since the order was 14 days old. With all the past business I gave them, I thought I would have been more accommodating. I was told I could reorder, but making me go through the process again just didn't sit well with me, and I thought I should have been treated better than that. I will be ordering from another vendor going forward. What a shame.
