In the past your service has always been great BUT my last order was held up due to lack of product. The problem was you didn't tell me about it. I had to call asking where my order was well past the delivery date on the tracking info... I understand mistakes happen and I'll be ordering from you again but this mistake should be a learning lesson. It's not the mistake that is the problem, it's how you handle the mistake that makes all the difference to the customer...
