3 weeks and still haven’t received item. They sent me a UPS tracking number after I complained about 1 week in. The tracking number wasn’t active, just printed. Contacted back a week later, no apology - just removed the tracking number and put it back into pending status. Approaching 1 month and still have nothing and nothing has shipped.
