The product was delivered as ordered, and in excellent condition.
What was concerning was loading my credit card before any shipping information was available....and charged for a product not shipped yet.
I did resolve the issue with customer service; the ammo was shipped quickly, and ahead of customer service's schedule.
Even though it was a "shakey" first impression, I will be doing future business here.
