My other purchases have always been very good and delivered in a timely manner. However: my last purchases on 3/14/2023 has been very poor. My credit card was charged on 03/16/2023 and labeled on 3/17/2023,,,estimated delivery date 3/22/2023. But so far nothing has arrived. I sent an email to outdoor limited about the matter on Marche 28,2023, and on 03/29/23 received an email that they would look into it. I did not hear back from outdoor limited, so on 4/3/2023 I contacted ups and they said they had not received it yet. the order number was 1787371, and the ups number was 1zR9460Y0398458388. So very very poor service on this order. I hope this resolved or I will not be placing any more orders from outdoor limited. At least contact me and let me know the status of my order or refund my money
