Package delivered to my old address, despite checking the box for shipping. Shipping same as billing address. I never got the box and even though I paid for shipping insurance, they are claiming that since it was delivered to the wrong address, the insurance does not count. Now UPS has lost the box and outdoor limited has filed a claim and says they will not refund me until they get their money back from UPS. Meanwhile, I'm out $300 while these two profitable companies bicker.
