OL has been good to work with. I live close enough to pickup orders so that helps. On recent purchases of some Winchester rounds with mail in rebate, process was unclear from OL. An email to OL received no response but a call cleared up the question. The Winchester mail in rebate turned into a pain as they now require every UPC code on every box within the case to be submitted. So stupid!
