I ordered 5000 rd 22LR and 4 10rd mags. The ammos I were correct, but my mags were wrong (I got 30rd mags instead). I had to cancelled my trip because I don't have my 10rd mags. My FFL was holding those mags and I had to file the wrong products form to return them. I filed that form online and Josh Watson responded and said that I have to wait till my FFL shipped those mags out before he will send my correct mags to me and he could not do anything till then. I was really frustrated about it. This is ridiculous and I got punished because of your company's shipment error. Do you think that's FAIR? How about all my inconvenience cost? I email Josh and then Eric to request my refund and I got the run-around. Until now I have not received any of my refunds besides the complaints about my frustration when I was on the phone with them.
