Hello: I bought 1000 rounds of .380 ammo for my wife. Was planning to get a significant rebate from the manufacturer and it's still up in the air with all the hoops I've had to go through and spent about $20 in getting them various documentation. One piece of documentation was a copy of my invoice from Outdoor Limited. After sending the original to the manufacturer and several months and back and forths, the manufacturer asked for another receipt! I wrote a short note to Outdoor Limited's customer service and the very next evening I had a duplicate invoice in my inbox. Thank you very much Outdoor Limited! That's the type of service that keeps a customer returning---so I'm sure you'll be seeing my name again when the ammo starts to run low---not so sure I will be looking for it made by the same manufacturer though...
