A shipping label was created but tracking never showed that FedEx received it. They said it had left their warehouse and they would request a trace which would force FedEx to look for it.
I emailed them and asked for a replacement since I had already paid, it was now two weeks late, and obviously very lost.
They said their policy was to wait for a month before they would issue a refund or replacement.
I told them that waiting for another two weeks was completely unacceptable. That's when they started to ignore my emails.
Lo and behold, three days before the deadline, FedEx magically received the package.
They didn't have what I ordered in stock or didn't have the ability to fill the order on time and instead of contacting me and taking a chance on losing the order, they created a shipping label, took my money hostage and blamed FedEx knowing full well they would get the order out just in a nick of time.
I see this exact scenario showing up in their reviews quite a bit!
