FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address, and customer service was initially helpful. I paid for shipping insurance through Outdoor Limited so 1 week after it was delivered to the wrong address I requested they send me another box. I never heard from them again until a request for this review. My order showed up 4 days after I asked for another to be shipped with the shipping address circled, and “Return to Sender” written in the box. I understand it was a FedEx mistake, but having to explain I don’t have a mailroom in my house was a little strange.
