I ordered a case of ammo with the understanding from the notice on the header of.your website that stated, please allow 4-5 days for shipping. Pn day six no activity had changed on the website, so I decided to call and email customer service. No response until I threatened to dispute the CC charges if no information was to be provided. Miraculously a rep decided to then respond that Outdoor Limited would cancell.my order, it seems like they were more interested in telling me to to get lost instead fixing the problem. I left a review on Ammo Seek of my experience, and yet again that spurred more activity from a Outdoor Limited rep that decided to tell me that I should order ammo that was in stock! With that bit of information, I then realized why you guys never shipped my order in the first place.....because you didn't have the ammo that you took my money for! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN BUYING AMMO I HAVE EVER HAD IN 20 YEARS OF BUYING AMMO ONLINE.
