Ordered and received no confirmation or expected Delivery after placing an order. Their website says not to contact them Because they are busy (aren’t we all?) Customer service and Communication Is important, but not to This company. Wasn’t until I asked to have my order canceled that I got information that the items had shipped, but they really didn’t ship. Upon checking with the Carrier they only printed a label. Finally did receive the items but the lack of communication is horrible. Don’t read the reviews on their website just google their reviews and you’ll read the same as what I experienced. I’m no longer a customer
