I placed an order for a couple of things. They were behind on shipping orders and I was heading out of town for a week. Since it took so long for them to prepare the order for shipping, I contacted CS, told them when I would be returning and asked them to hold the order for a week so it didn't sit outside my front door the whole time I was away. They told me they could only hold it for 3 days and then they shipped it right away without holding it at all. They said UPS would hold it for a week, which was also wrong information and the package was shipped back to them before I got home. Then they told me I would have to pay to have the order sent back out to me. I told them that was unacceptable, asked to speak with a manager and they responded "we are processing a refund." No further communication at all.
What a total disaster. No matter how inexpensive their ammo is I would never recommend this company to anybody. Their delays and incompetence caused me nothing but headache and valuable time. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable online dealer who cares about customer service.
