This was my second order from the warehouse. The first order from start to finished went smoothly, and I picked it up within a matter of days. When I placed a second order, I kept checking my email and waiting for notification that it was ready for pickup. There is a disclaimer not to call or email about orders so I didn't. After almost 3 1/2 weeks or more, I just happened to be off of work and stopped in to check on it. My order was there just sitting on the shelf. I explained to the worker I had no idea it was even there because I never got any notification through my email. He then told me the notification method has changed-about 3 weeks ago. It would be beneficial to know ahead of time of any changes pertaining to warehouse orders. I'm just glad it wasn't cancelled. Thank you
