Order was lost/stolen from Fed-ex. Made me wait almost a month to tell me Fed-es agrees and is refunding their charges to Outdoorlimited. Then outdoorlimited will refund my order so I can have the privledge of reordering from them. Refused to deal with the fed-ex claim as Thier problem since the order was never delivered and get the order delivered to the customer. Done dealing with them
