Packaging was outstanding. Only reason for not being 5 stars is that the computerized system does not take into account the delay in getting a shipment out (which is stated in a separate note on the website, but the "system" doesn't take that into account and falsely shows anticipated delivery dates that are not even close. The reason this is a problem is if a customer has travel coming up and was counting on the system shown anticipated delivery date to be valid. My shipment actually shipped a day after the system showed that it would arrive when the order was being placed.
