I ordered a case of 3/4 ounce 7.5 shot at about 1300 fps, 28 gauge. I received a case of 1 ounce 7.5 shot, about 1200 fps, 28 gauge. I can use it, however I needed the other, more. But it's a pain on my end to send the case back. So I put them up on the shelf. Hence the adequate rating though.
