The transaction was good. Items arrived as described and in good condidtion. However, this business does not permit UPS deliveries to be rerouted. I like to use my local UPS store as a drop off location. That way I don't have to be home to sign. I did email their customer service with this suggesiton, but they did not reply. Probably will not use this business moving forward.
