I visited the showroom on July 6th. My law enforcement friend needed 1000 rounds of ammo for a class. The man behind the counter told him "if you order online it takes 45 minutes to 2 hours to get your order pulled." I than put an online order in on Saturday morning for curbside pick up. I got an email saying my order had shipped so I drove to the showroom for my curb side pick up. The young man behind the counter, with his pants sagging and his hoodie on told me " my order had not been filled, there was nothing that could be done to cancel my online order and that if I decided to use Outdoor Limited again I should wait until I got pulled order confirmation to not just show up!" I explained what the other .an behind the counter had told me 2 weeks previous, and he shrugged his shoulders, and said "nothing I can do!" The other man at the counter then canceled my online order and I bought the ammo off the shelf for the same price. If I can find ammo at a comparable price elsewhere I will NEVER shop Outdoor Limited again!!!!!
