I wish I could continue to do business with Outdoor Limited, but after my recent experience, not only will I no longer do business with your company, I will have to share your business practices on social media and with the FTC. I am a pretty patient person, but if you short my order and can't come close to a resolution a month later, patience is lost. Your customer service process has failed as nobody ever responded to my "problem order form", and 9 emails later I can see that this will not be resolved.
