Ammo was great. Terms of service was not good I was charged shipping insurance for items that I picked up in store. There is a button to defer shipping insurance but if you leave the site and return the button will be checked again and I didn't catch it, (my fault). My problem with this is that when I picked up my order I asked the salesman at the counter about this issue and he told me to contact customer service and handed me my order. I contacted customer service via email and got a standard response of "all sales are final " and no more communication afterwards. It was only a few dollars but I thought it was a sorry way of doing business. I mean I didn't really expect to get the money back but maybe an apologetic email or maybe a coupon on my next purchase some sort of jester that would make me feel like I should try another purchase.
