I've been hunting since 12 y.o. and I'm 73 now. I purchased (first time trying these) TROY, YTR 3" .410 #8 and #9 shot 5/8 oz., three cases, and one case of Federal Top Gun 2-3/4" 20 gauge #7-1/2 shot 7/8 oz. The .410 shells look well constructed and have functioned just fine in my O/U breaking clays. I'm sure they will take quail, and doves (where lead is allowed) also. As usual, the same for the Federal TG 20 gauge shells. I would recommend these.
