I use UPS My Choice to manage deliveries but OL had shipping so restricted that I couldn't do anything, not even setting up a delivery window. UPS told me to contact OL which I did and they had the delivery held at the UPS distribution center, which I should have been able to do online using my UPS account. The Will Call desk couldn't even scan it for pickup like they normally do and they had to print a form for me to sign. I'm grateful OL was accomodating to my request but probably won't order again if customizing package delivery is this difficult to manage. Overall the product I ordered and price were great.
