I have not been able to shoot any of the shells as yet, so that is why I gave a 3. As for service and delivery they get a 5 star. I received the product in a timely manner and in good shape... I would like to re-evaluate for a better rating after I am able to shoot some of the ammo I have purchased at a later date...
