My order was indicated “shipped” by outdoor limited, but indicated as “awaiting package” by ups. This status when on for over a week, till I called customer support. Based from the customer support agent, the warehouse had the package out, but ups did not scan it, so nobody knew where my order was. At least the warehouse shipped a new package/order again to fulfill my pending order. But even with the second package expedited/shipped 2 days, the overall delay/wait time was just too long.
