I give it ‘acceptable’ because it got here. It was a target ammo order. The box opened in shipment. Fed-ex had to repackage it, delaying delivery and compromising my confidentiality. Moreover, one of the rounds was damaged.
However, to OUTDOOR LTD’s credit, they issued me a credit well in excess of the damage and was quick to respond to my email to their customer service. I feel comfortable that they are looking into this, will get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. They impressed me with their response and I will remain a customer of theirs.
