I've ordered ammo from OL at least 4 times and have experienced issues and/or delays 3X. All issues were cleared up and resolved; one even on a Sunday, so I credit their customer support. I'm not sure if it was due to a database glitch, but my Buyers Club membership still resulted in a shipping charge which required me to follow-up on a fairly lengthy phone call. I hope and anticipate no further problems / issues. Once the order is processed, shipping has been reasonably quick with good packaging.
