A combination of Very Poor and Very Good:
Was having problems several weeks ago placing a order via the website, but after a number of attempts finally gave up. I 'phoned the business the following Monday (during business hours)and got voice mail. I left a detailed message describing my trouble with the website and my desire to place a bulk order. I left my 'phone number. Did not receive a call back after several days. Time got away from me and I ended up buying enough ammo for an upcoming match from Gun Rack. I called a second time and got VM again-- this time I left no message.
For the Very Good: Subsequently placed an order successfully through the website for pickup. Everything went smoothly with no hitches.
When I picked up my order, I noticed several people walking the hallway behind the counter person. I wonder why, then, you would rely on VM in lieu of having a human answer the 'phone.
