I had ordered 10 boxes of 40 rounds 7.62x39, the shipping was on time, however the box didn’t seem right. I had received instead 10 boxes of 20 .223. After constant calling and being told I would get a shipping label to return I never received Until 10 days later. The first day I was told 48 hours and then I was constantly told 72 hours after every future calls. On the 10th day I was told by the customer service that the order was mixed up with someone’s else’s, and instead of me returning and sending me the right order, they had me and the guy who’s order mine got mixed up with send to each other. After being told we wouldn’t get each others addresses the label I received had his address which means he had mine. I also had to rely on someone who didn’t work with outdoor limited to ship my order to me, plus my stuff was in someone else’s hands, which makes me worried about my items (specifically it being ammo). All the ammo packages were torn and damaged and doesn’t contain the ammo well. I can say I will never buy from outdoor limited again. Horrible experience
