Placed my order on 3/13/20. After 3 days order status was “awaiting manual verification”. 3 days later same message. After multiple attempts finally got a hold of some one to “manually verify my order”. Basically I just confined my address. I am writing this article on 3/25/20. My order status now says shipped but the tracking shows it still sitting in their warehouse. Meanwhile I’ve had other orders fulfilled that I placed after this one.
