My first order with you. I was pleased with the website and checkout process. My order was placed at the beginning of the rush; there was no advisory on your website to expect delays at the time of order.
I don't mind some delay in processing given the circumstances - it's entirely understandable. You already know you haven't been answering your phones.
I opted to email on Day 11 after my order to inquire. No response. Left a voicemail on Day 12. No response.
Again, I understand delays and difficulties - everyone is affected. My wait now seems excessive - other suppliers have delivered orders made the same day. I don't enjoy the radio silence. Given the delay and inability to service customers, I question the overall quality of the business.
I'm a little concerned about receipt of the feedback request - that's usually an indicator the order has been filled. Normally I'd inquire to ensure there was no problem. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be an option.
