Ordered ammunition for three firearms, one rifle and two handguns. Didn't learn until the shipment arrived (3 weeks later) that they had only sent ammunition for the rifle. There was a handwritten note inside saying they would issue a refund for the rest, but so far no refund and they charged me for the full amount.
