The open box part of my ammo order was shorted 3 out of 8 boxes, without notification, which did increase the cost per round. Since this is a rebate order, now the physical versus invoice quantity is incorrect, and may jeopardize the rebate which was the reason for buying larger quantities than normal.... I wish I would have had notification, an amended invoice and perhaps even a chance to cancel the order.... I also have not received credit or any other contact, only what was handwritten on the packing slip. Now, more work to iron out ....
