I am not giving these guys a poor rating but the experience was not too good. The online ordering was great, it was a breeze. I am local so I chose to pick up at their location instead of shipping. It was only a few days later that I emailed the team only to find out they were stopping pickup due to the circumstances of the stay at home order and it could have been months before I could pick up. They could not charge me shipping and just ship it. It had to be canceled and reordered which was offered by one person but it has been 11 days now and still has not been canceled and through email another person acted like It was a big deal but they would cancel and that was 6 days ago. I understand under the circumstances things are crazy but they could have worked out a way to ship. I can only imagine how many locals are stuck without their product. I will definitely give these guys a shot when things settle.
