Phone message didnt indicate that storefront was low in stock, nobody answered during business hours. ( I discovered after 45m drive. ) So I rdered online of a STOCKED item for local pickup, still not ready 2 weeks later. I understand high demand, but the item is still in stock, with no word on my status. I'd have paid expedited and delivery if I had known local pickup was this delayed. Seem like good staff, though. Maybe could hire some more "essential employees" for order backlog or automate more. :)
