We understood that covid-19 was disrupting fulfillment times, but nearly two weeks after placing a large order, it still had not been touched. In addition, our credit card was charged the day after we placed the order, which we consider highly unethical at the least. Very displeased with our first encounter and definitely will not be back for a second. They did refund our $$ quickly, however, upon request.
