I did not receive the 10 boxes of 12 gauge shells I ordered and got 10 times the amount of another caliber altogether. The shells I ordered are no longer available and the shipping contact hasn't responded to any of my three emails in more than a week's time. Mix-ups happen, but the lack of response from shipping is not ok, especially when customers have been charged money for items they don't receive.
