If you do listen to customers' reviews and recommendations, please add one or two dedicated CSR to your team that answers phones and emails. I also recommend the person be VERY knowledgeable about the industry and what you sell, not just transfer the phones to other extensions and we never get a call back .
There has been one time that I had called that with my luck a person ( I think Matt) picked up the phone and was helpful. That has been the ONLY time.
My two cents. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears like other recommendations that I have done.
