When I received my order there was a discharged round damaging approximately 50 other rounds out of the 200. I understand this can happen and it's really not anyone's fault. However I've been trying to get this resolved for over a month now. Customers service replies to my emails within a couple days, then they refer me to the shipping manager. They asked me to give him 5-7 days because things are a bit crazy. It's been three weeks SEVERAL emails sent by me and NOTHING, not even an I'll get back to you. This is totally unsatisfactory. I've been a customer for over 7 years. I bought the unlimited free shipping for a year and I can't see myself using it, if ammo prices stay this high and Outdoor Limited doesn't get their customer service in order. I've never had a problem with any of my other orders, but this lack of customer service about an order over a month ago is absolutely ridiculous.
