They sent me the wrong ammo, then made me wait 2 weeks for their “shipping” team to get back to me, ONLY to tell me they sent the wrong ammo (no shit) and that I will have to send back the ammo and only when they receive it, will I receive a refund. We could have settled this immediately but for some reason they drug this whole process out so much longer than it needed to be. I am very upset and disappointed in the handling of this transaction. If the solution was to just return/refund, why make me wait? That’s my money sitting and waiting when I could have gotten replacement ammo from somewhere else. This is ridiculous and I do not recommend this site. I was very patient with them only to have my time waisted.
