I waited for 20 minutes after having phoned in the "I'm in your parking lot waiting" notification. Nobody came. Not busy, parking lot nearly empty. Nothing's ever in stock, and this item being in stock was, frankly, surprising. I know these are "unusual" times. I know that mostly the store has hired kids and the tragically underestimated. But somewhere, there are people who will work like they know what a job is and how to actually earn their wages. I encourage Academy to seek those folks out. I suspect they're out there.
