I called to request an exchange of the magazines I bought. I offered to ship these back at my expense, was told by a customer service rep that they would check to see if I could do this, they said I was being very cool about it. Never heard back. Spent $60+ on 2 mags I can't use, now apparently stuck with them. Happy to change my review if someone reaches out to keep my business, otherwise I see no reason to continue shopping at outdoor limited.
