Ordered 4 boxes of the same 9x19 Makarov, and only received 1 box. The other 3 boxes were the incorrect caliber, when packing list had exactly what I had ordered on it. After emailing customer service was told to take pictures of the ammo received and the box it was shipped in to the shipping clerk. That was over 2 weeks ago and have not received any reply.
