Would give 0 stars if possible. Asked to speak to a Manager over an issue about returning some ammunition that was mis ordered. Manager did not have the common courtesy to contact me back. The customer service representative told me the police officers in the area advised it was not a good idea To accept returns on ammunition. No idea why. I can see if the boxes were ope or tampered with. I simply wanted to exchange the 2 boxes for the proper grain, but I never got that far to explain it to them. Lesson learned. Bad customer service. Lack of customer service skills, and before you reply with an arrogant remark. Most people don’t read the return policy on a specific item when they initially order a product, only when the product in question needs to be returned. Instead of attempting to work with the customer, they lost a future customer and I’ll be sure to let others know how you treat new customers. Thanks for the early warning before I spent more money.
