I was sent the wrong order, have been informed I wont be receiving the correct order, and am now being asked to use my time and fuel to return the mistaken order before they will give me a refund. At least they sent me a prepaid shipping label. And Jordan in customer service was responsive and nice to deal with. I understand this COVID thing is making things more complicated and mistakes happen. But the lease they could do is just give me a refund and not force me to deal with their screw up.
