Honeymoon phase must be over between me and OL. Not sure who to contact at this point because the only way I see anyone getting a response from them currently is through reviews, and apparently not customer service. Anyway. Placed 1st order, 9 mil and 40 S&W with rush processing (extra $10). 3-4 day turnaround. Not bad at all, so I buy the free shipping buyers club ($80) which is higher than most annual clubs and you still have to order at least $100 for free shipping. Fine. Also buy 223 rounds. Decent turnaround especially for the times. Mind you, all of these are processing on the same day I’m ordering, which is awesome because I’m paying for it. I’d be fine with 2 days, whatever. Third order was five days ago. My card was charged five days ago. My order status hasn’t changed for 5 days. I’m just repeating 5 days it because I can’t believe it’s been that long. I’ve tried contacting them through 2-3 different channels and have gotten zero response from any. This was a good situation that turned bad very quickly. This is definitely salvageable but I haven’t ever ordered from somewhere that just received my money and then didn’t follow up for the better part of a week. This isn’t something that I enjoy doing at all. I generally don’t leave feedback when I have a negative experience but this is definitely an exception. Here’s to hoping we can fix this, and that I didn’t waste membership for a website that I possibly wouldn’t do business with again.
