it is what it is described as, but if it was in stock at my local academy, it would have been about 25% cheaper. The only reason I bought it on line is due to a lack of supply due to CARONA VIRUS panic buying, and then thw George Floyd Riots, so when that started, I wanted to be ready to defend should the riots come to my neighborhood, regardless of legalities, I will not tolerate that behavior around my house or private businesses
